| Charging socket |
| The external charging socket on the Stealth
makes charging the boat batteries easier, you do not need to remove the
batteries when charging, it is advisable to remove the lid to let any gasses
out but lets face it who can be bothered to do this small task, I can't. You should remove the batteries when transporting the Stealth to avoid them being dislodged and causing damage. You should NEVER post a Stealth with the batteries still inside the boat. The external charging socket also lets you use our bank side charger to keep the Stealth topped up at the bank side. All boats come with a mains charger that in normal circumstances will NOT overcharge the boat batteries so no more watching the clock to see when they need to come off charge. Charge time will vary depending on how much the batteries have been used. Do NOT leave on for longer than 36 hours We only use high quality mains chargers not unregulated switchable voltage chargers, these are not considered stable enough for our needs. |
